HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We made it! 2022 is ready for all of
our biggest hopes and dreams, right?
YES! Right?
Despite our best intentions,
most of our lofty resolutions fade away by February (insert sad face).
And...that feels like a big downer as a way to start a new year. 
Let's do something about that.

I'm starting the year thinking about HABITS.
(blog on habits coming on Friday as we explore this topic more!)

But first, my favorite journaling technique
is now available as a FREE download.

Use it this week to look at December
(or all of 2021 if you're an over-achiever)
and then I will send you a reminder to do it again every month for the whole year.

Make A Habit of Self-Reflection
FROM MY JOURNAL TO YOURS
This week, I set a timer for 5 minutes and wrote in response to these lines:
"Now matter how this season ends,
you will walk away knowing
what you did not know back then.
This year will not end like last year,
nor any other year before."

*In your journal writing, you might consider things like:
How did last year/other years end?
What "season" of life are you in right now?
How will you be different at the end of 2022?
What will you learn this year?
