March Madness
If you follow college basketball, you know that this is what they consider March Madness.

Aptly named because anything can happen.
The underdog beats that top-ranked team.
Games go into overtime or they are won by a last-second basket.

And at the end of each game, they interview the coaches and the players and ask them
"What happened?"

They talk about what they did well.
And what they need to do better.

This review is crucial for success.
We tend to focus on our mistakes.
But, it's equally important to spend time noticing what you do well.

And that is the beauty of the month-end review journaling exercise.
In about an hour, you can get a great summary of what you are doing well and where you want to improve.
And set some intentions for the next month.

It's my favorite tool and we get to use it in just a few more days.

(And recently, I started adding a magazine collage as a grand finale - it's the icing on an already awesome cake).

I was thinking about doing a meet-up this Friday or Saturday
so we could do this as a group.
If that is something that interests you, please let me know!

Or, get the worksheet and do it on your own.

FOR YOUR JOURNAL
Do you feel like the underdog?
Is there a project or a goal that seems so big that you feel like you can't compete with the established leaders?

Take a minute and visualize success.

Now, imagine being interviewed AFTER THE VICTORY

like those coaches in the NCAA basketball tournament.

What happened?
Describe the things that helped you achieve success.
