Cultivate Great Habits
It's the last week of the month.
Are you starting to form the habit of reviewing the month and
setting intentions for the next month?

It is my number one recommendation and
absolute favorite journaling tool.

WHY?

Reflection:
Our brains are sticky for the negative.  Going back and actually looking at the entire month gives you perspective about how much you really did get done and how much you grow in just 30 days!

Integration:
As you journal about the last month, you start to integrate those lessons and create MEANING out of all of these details. The pattern of your growth starts to shine through.

Intention:

And finally, it gets easier to PLAN your days rather than letting them happen to you.  The reflection and integration allows you to see more clearly what want to focus on in the next 30 days.
*I have recently added a magazine collage to this final step -
an intention board, of sorts
And this visual cue in my office space helps
ground the process for me.

My process is captured in the End of Month Review Worksheet.
I offer it free every month.

Not in the habit yet? Start now.

FOR YOUR JOURNAL
Your journal does not have to be only written words.

Experiment with adding a word, phrase or image from a magazine and using it as a Springboard.

I found this one a couple of months ago
(friends told me this quote is from Alice and the Looking Glass).

Journal about what feels impossible.... or what you believe that you can do even though others doubt you, or just list 6 things you did or thought before breakfast.

Get creative in your journal. Have fun.
