YOUR PHOTOS TELL YOUR STORY
Happy Halloween!

We have reached the part of the year where time seems to move faster.

Once we purchase Halloween costumes, there is the (sold out) Business of Therapy course in Denver, then Thanksgiving, Holiday celebrations and before you can blink,
BOOM, it is New Year's Day and 2023.

That's why it's more important than ever to look back at this month using my Month-End Review worksheet.
This tool will help you capture all of the busy-ness of October and set intentions for the remainder of the year and the holiday season.

TIP:  I always start this process by looking at the pictures on my phone from the 1st to the end of the month.

Ralph Hattersley says,
"We are making photographs to understand
what our lives mean to us."

So, start there (even if you don't use the worksheet).
What things were so meaningful in your life this month that you stopped to take a picture of them?
Capture what you see in a few words:

I see:  Sports, fall leaves, traditions.

Parents and caregivers - this is also a reminder to make sure that some of those meaningful photos include YOU.
It can be a habit to stay behind the camera, but I encourage you to hand over the camera to your kids or loved ones and let them capture you too.

If you want to follow my entire month end journaling process, grab the worksheet below.

I'm considering turning this month-end process into a live monthly Zoom meeting for 2023 but only if that feels meaningful to you.  Let me know you're interested by clicking here.
(Clicking the link will simply take you to the worksheet, but the code in the link will tag your name so that I can see how many people are interested - you don't have to do anything special).

JEN'S JOURNAL
THE TWO WORD JOURNAL CHALLENGE

Describe October in one word.

Now, set an intention for the month of November.

What one word can serve as a guidepost for this month?

Write that word on your calendar, keep it on a post-it-note by your computer or change your passwords to that word to help it really sink it.
