SUMMER STARTS NOW

Last year, I took the summer off from writing and creating.  I actually gave myself an order NOT to create anything for three months and see what happened - notice where my energy was going.  Be un-productive.

This summer, I'm not going quite that far.  I have a lot of things that I am working on - some of them small and others pretty big.

But, as my kids school and school activities are all coming to a temporary end, I've decided to pause the Monday email's until after Labor Day.  I will still send out reminders about cool things that you might want to join in on - but I am giving myself permission to take Monday's and use them for a new purpose, temporarily.

Taking things OFF your list is one of my favorite ways to open up energy for new things.  I wonder if you've tried it....and how did it work for you?

*PS. If registering for the Park City Play Therapy Retreat has been on your list, I encourage you to check that one off TODAY because the early bird discount ends tomorrow, May 31st.
Save $125 by registering right now and give yourself a time to pause...in the mountains with some pretty cool people.   Register here.
JEN'S JOURNAL
What is one thing that you wish you could get OFF your list this summer?

It doesn't have to be something you hate either,

Sometimes, just making a little extra space can help you move forward in the long run.  Spend some time listening to your journal -

What are you taking OFF your plate for summer?
Notice how it feels to let that go.
